I developed breathing problems this week. My pulmonary doctor wanted a full evaluation at UC.. I was able to get a really convenient appointment right away at Boyce Thompson. The NP and staff did a very thorough job running tests for all possibilities. Consulted with my pulmonary doctor and provided a treatment plan to go home with! I've been feeling better already! When my PCP was unavailable (... summer vacation) to attend to my severe Eczema breakout, I turned to WestMed at Boyce-Thompson.Even with the July 4th Holiday weekend, the online system was able to get me a 10am appointment.This was my first time and I was impressed by the check-in process 'App'.. - I expected to do paperwork but the 'App' made it very seamless and kudos to the young lady behind the desk who was able to provide tech support as necessary.Nurse (?) Brittany was a pleasure at intake and Dr Estaban was fabulous! He really listened to my issues and provided a Rx which I picked up late in the day and . . . . . as I write 3 days later am seeing tremendous results. I was able to really sleep last night.I strongly recommend everyone to visit Westmed at Boyce-Thompson.Thank You !!!

Dr Palumbo was excellent, comprehensive and attentive.First time at the Boyce Thompson Urgent Care, I will never go to another location again. It was efficient, quick and easy. Free, close parking.I will never go to Ridge Hill site again-$5 to get into a garage with an intricate payment system, and your car is parked on an upper floor of the garage, a long walk to the medical building.

I walked into urgent care in Yonkers . There weren’t very many people waiting. I was taken into a room in about 15 minutes. The nurse took all of my vitals & in about 5 minutes a NP came in. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone was very friendly & helpful.I am very satisfied with this urgent care center.

I ALWAYS use this UC when I have any immediate issues. So easy scheduling an appointment, checking in on your phone, keeping updated where you are on the wait list once you arrive, and the staff is amazing, kind and thorough. They All say " I hope you feel better" as you are leavingThey are a full service facility.Either I or a family member has had testing for URIs or viruses, vaccines, x-rays, ultrasounds, EKGs, and more. I Highly recommend this facility and wouldn't even consider anywhere else.

I’ve been having issues with my left side shoulder blade and my left arm. I went to urgent care to get checked out.Waited approximately 1/2 only because they just opened ( which was totally understandable ).
